Instagram only accepts TV videos that are between 15 and 600 seconds long

Instagram requires that IGTV videos are between 15 and 600 seconds (10 minutes) long.  If your video is shorter than 15 seconds or longer than 10 minutes, the video will be rejected by Instagram.
