Please make sure that you have "Two Factor Authentication" turned off on your Instagram account.

Why won't my captions post to Instagram?

Instagram has a limit of 2,000 characters and 30 hashtags. If you have more than 2,000 characters OR more than 30 hashtags the caption will not post.

What Are The Photo Requirements?

It is best to keep the maximum width or height at 1080px (whichever side is biggest). JPG or PNG. And make sure you are following Instagram's aspect ratio requirements.

What is Stripe Payments?

Stripe is a secure payment gateway typically used for subscription based services like Greatly Social. It follows all rules & regulations regarding handling online payments. Greatly Social DOES NOT have access to full credit or debit card information, only the last 4 digits. All information is stored directly with Stripe. To learn more about Stripe you can CLICK HERE

Which browsers are best for Greatly Social?

Google Chrome and FireFox are the best browsers to use for Greatly Social. Safari has many glitches and is not advised.

Our team at Greatly Social is based in California.

Does Greatly Social have access to my Instagram login information?

We DO NOT have access to ANY of your social media login information. All information is processed directly through each social network's API servers.

What are the video requirements for Instagram?

All videos must be MP4, .MOV, .AVI, or .MKV format with a max width or height of 1080px (whichever is larger).

Sizes for each feed...

Timeline: 16:9 or 1:1 - 1080px x 608px or 1080px x 1080px

Story: 9:16 - 608px x 1080px

IGTV: 16:9 or 9:16 - 1080px x 608px or 608px x 1080px

Carousel: 1080px x 608px or 1080px x 1080px

Additional recommended settings....

Frame Rate 29.96 frames per second (max 30fps, but should be fixed, not variable).

H.264 codec / MP4. 5,500 kbps video bitrate (although Instagram may reduce this to 3,500kbps when we post it)

AAC audio codec at 44.1 kHz mono (up to 128kbps).
